It won’t be too long now before you welcome your new baby into your home.
This is one of the most exciting times, it can also be a nervous time for every parent whilst you gain your confidence and find your parenting style.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to discuss on a 1-2-1 basis all the aspects and what to really expect when you bring your little one home, I’m here to help.
In the Fourth Trimester Preparaton course we go through all of these aspects, what to expect, how you feel, any concerns you may have, things to consider, decisions you’ll need to make, the things only parents know and much more.
It’s your chance to explore how you feel and make sure you feel as confident as possible before your baby arrives.
The Fourth Trimester is the time it takes for baby to adjust to life outside the womb. It’s a time of massive changes for both you and your baby, although it often a time when you’re left to ‘find your feet’. These first few weeks are essential in making sure your feeling as confident as possible, being prepared for what you may experience and know what to do and what is ‘normal’ during this time.
Typically the first 12-16 weeks, although some babies take longer to adjust than others.
