So are you a Parenting Expert?
I am NOT a parenting expert and I don’t claim to be, what I offer is support and information to help you find your own way; Trust me there are plenty of people out there who are probably already telling you what you should and shouldn’t be doing, I’m not here to join in. I offer you information and give you the time and a safe space to explore what will work best in your situation. This may include facilitating discussions between you and your partner or family member where you are struggling to agree on how to parent.
I really need help but I can’t afford it.
I try to make my charges as reasonable as possible and do not wish to exclude anyone because of financial hardship, however I do need to cover the costs of professional membership, insurance, ongoing training, marketing, plus I need to pay my self a wage.
If you need help but don’t think you can afford it please get in touch and we can look to see if we can find a mutually beneficial agreement, this could include a payment plan or a skill swap.
I also facilitate several peer support groups which are free to attend so may be able to direct you there for support.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have professional insurance to cover my services as a professional counsellor and a postnatal doula (parenting support).
